Sharing
Patients, labs, mentors and secure links.
No. The recipient opens the link in their browser and sees the photographs — no account and no sign-in. That's why every link expires after 7 days and can be revoked at any time.
How sharing worksYes. You can share a whole folder, or only the photographs you select within it.

How sharing worksYes. Every link expires 7 days after it's created. You can extend a live link by up to 30 days at a time, or revoke it early.
How sharing worksYes. The Shared page lists every link you've created — active, expired and revoked — and each patient's record shows who their photographs were shared with. You can also see how many times a link has been viewed.
Yes. When you create a link you can copy it, open it straight in WhatsApp, or have SmileSort email it to the recipient. Only the link is sent — never the photographs themselves.
How sharing worksSmileSort is designed to give you more control over access than attaching photographs to ordinary messages: links expire, can be revoked, and you can see when they've been viewed.
