SmileSort is a clinical photography platform built for dentists. It helps organise the workflow after taking clinical photographs: sorting, storing, finding and securely sharing them without relying on messy folders or camera rolls.

No. SmileSort is web-based, so you can use it in a supported browser without installing any software.
Create your account, choose your plan, begin your trial and upload your first photographs. SmileSort is designed to work alongside the way you already take clinical photographs rather than requiring a completely new photography workflow.
Start your free trialYes. SmileSort offers a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform before your paid subscription begins. There's one free trial per practice.
See plans and pricingNo. You add a card when you start, but £0 is due today. Your paid subscription begins when the trial ends, on the plan and billing option you chose. If your practice has already had a free trial, billing starts straight away instead.
See plans and pricingYes. SmileSort asks for your GDC number when you choose your plan, before your trial begins. Each GDC number can be used by one SmileSort account.
Yes. Each patient record can say which practice the patient is seen at, and the Patients page can filter by practice, so work from different practices stays easy to tell apart.
How patient records workYes. SmileSort runs in the browser and adapts to the screen, so you can sign in to your account on a supported desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
